**Responsibilities**:
1. To support the Head Chef in daily operation and work.
2. Ensure quality controls for all finished products
3. Maintain orderly work station & adhere to hygiene, health & safety standards
4. Ensure day to day operation runs smoothly accordance to the SOP
5. Constant needs for self-improvement and training
6. Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the refrigerators, freezers and stock rooms.
7. Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time
8. Maintain a high standard of hygiene and sanitation
