**Job Title**: Data Entry & Back Office Processing Junior Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter financial and transactional data into internal systems
- Handle trade confirmations, settlement instructions, and reconciliation of accounts
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accounting records and reports
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of trade settlements with brokers and counterparties
- Perform daily reconciliation of transactions and resolve any discrepancies
- Support internal teams checks with complete documentation
- Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical records
- Coordinate with front-office and finance departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Uphold confidentiality, security, and integrity of financial data
- Carry out additional back office and administrative duties as required

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Diploma holders only)**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in accounting, finance, or back office processing
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Familiar with basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Able to work independently and within a team environment
- Good organizational and communication skills
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
