**Responsibilities**:

- Memberi khidmat pelanggan yang terbaik dengan penuh sopan, mesra dan senyuman
- Membantu pelanggan mengenal pasti dan membeli produk yang mereka inginkan
- Bekerjasama dengan department lain bagi melancarkan kerja masing-masing
- Berurusan dengan tempahan dine in / take away / pickup / delivery / runner,
- Menyiapkan segala tempahan yang sudah disediakan untuk diberikan kepada pelanggan atau runner.
- Bertanggungjawab dengan POS SYSTEM - proses cash / debit card / e wallet.
- Memberikan high class customer service dan meningkatkan revenue syarikat melalui jualan yang maksimum.
- Memastikan tahap kepuasan pelanggan pada tahap yang tinggi melalui ‘Customer Service’ yang cemerlang,
- Menyambut pelanggan yang masuk ke kedai dan membantu mereka dengan apa jua yang mereka inginkan,
- Menyelesaikan masalah yang dialami pelanggan dengan tenang, betul dan cepat,
- Menyediakan laporan jualan secara harian dan bulanan untuk diberikan kepada pihak syarikat,
- Mengamalkan tabiat kebersihan dan memastikan kedai dan tempat kerja bersih pada setiap masa.
- Memastikan setiap tugas yang sepatutnya dilakukan dapat disiapkan dalam masa yang cepat dan betul.
- Sentiasa memastikan keadaan kitchen dan kedai bersih dan teratur sepanjang masa bagi menepati standard kesihatan dan keselamatan yang ditetapkan.

- Malaysian
- Good attitude, committed & good communication skills
- Young energetic
- Hard worker, fast learner & willing to learn
- Able to start work immediately
- Willing to work long term
