**Duties**:

- General project work in all phases from concept up to detailed construction drawings, preparation of documentation and any other project materials under supervision of a team leader.
- Develop design solutions from conceptual level through construction documentation
- Prepare and produce landscape design presentations
- Create innovative design recommendations including applicable plant material recommendation
- Understanding of different climates and conditions to recommend suitable planting
- Prepare and communicate design intent by computer generated or hand drawings within or outside office.
- Monitor work progress to ensure project development is according to design and time schedules.
- Liaison with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
- Attend project / technical / consultant and / or other co-ordination meetings / site meetings.
- Work collaboratively with team members and clients from design concept to implementation in accordance to client's requirements and aspirations
- Equip with new design software skills, e.g., RIKCAD
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the team leader.

**Requirements**:

- Min. Diploma in Landscape Architecture
- Min. of 2 years’ experience in commercial or mixed-use projects and sizes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and any other computer-aided drafting and design software.
- In-depth knowledge of planting species, relevant design codes, standards and compliance
- A motivated and hardworking individual with good attitude who is able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Individual with excellence in design and willingness to work hard and takes initiative to complete given tasks thoroughly and efficiently.
- Service oriented with strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good hand drawing skill and sketching ability.
- Evidence of English language proficiency, both written and spoken.

**Gross Salary Range**

RM$3000 - RM$4000 (Salary will be Commensurate with experience & suitability)

**Office location**

Horizon Hills, Johor

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
