**Core Responsibilities**
- Manage and Negotiate Collections
- Contact customers to negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely debt recovery.
- Analyze High-Risk Accounts
- Assess delinquent accounts, identify high-risk cases, and provide reports with recommendations for resolution.
- Update and Maintain Customer Records
- Probe for the latest customer contact details and update the system to improve collection efforts.
- Ensure Quality in Collection Calls
- Conduct professional and effective collection calls, adhering to company standards and compliance requirements.

**Customer Engagement & Support**
- Handle Escalations and Phone Complaints
- Address customer concerns professionally and assist new collectors in handling difficult negotiations.
- Assist Walk-In Customers (If Required)
- Support in-person inquiries only when necessary while maintaining focus on primary responsibilities.
- Maintain Accurate Communication Records
- Ensure all customer interactions and agreements are carefully documented in the system.

**Performance & Compliance**
- Achieve Collection Targets
- Contribute to meeting the department’s delinquency, flow rate, SOP, and monthly collection goals.
- Ensure Policy and Compliance Adherence
- Strictly follow all credit policies, procedures, compliance guidelines, and information security protocols.
- Training & Additional Responsibilities
- Mentor and Train New Staff
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to new team members as assigned by the manager.
- Coordinate with External Collection Agencies
- Identify accounts requiring third-party collection or legal action and assist in coordinating the process.

**Support Additional Tasks**
- Assist with any other duties or projects assigned by management to enhance collection effectiveness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: From RM2,600.00 per month
