_**Job Summary**:_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer issuance.
- Coordinate onboarding and exit processes: documentation, induction, clearance, etc.
- Maintain and update employee records including personal files, leave, and attendance.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation (employment contracts, confirmation, warning letters, etc.).
- Assist in payroll preparation by compiling attendance, overtime, and staff claims data.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF) and employment laws.
- Support internal communications and staff engagement initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating training sessions, performance reviews, and staff activities.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department and participate in HR-related projects as needed.
- **Requirements**:_
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the F&B or service industry.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Experience in using Info-Tech HR system is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure.
- **Working Hours**:_
Monday - Friday (Normal office hours)
Occasional weekend support may be required during company events or audits.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
