Customer Service Officer

Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook)
- Order office & pantry supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule booking arrangements of events and usage of our pantry
- Liaise with vendor on the upkeep and maintenance of the office and facilities
- Oversee the cleanliness of the facility and the cleaning staff
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
- Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager
**What skills and experience you will need?**
- Diploma (preferred) in any relevant field
- At least 3 Years Experience and Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers etc.)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issue arise
- Excellent organizational skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
