**What You’ll Do**:
✔ Oversee end-to-end logistics operations—warehousing, inventory, and last-mile delivery.
✔ Coordinate with suppliers, 3PL partners, and courier services to optimize efficiency.
✔ Monitor order fulfillment, ensuring timely dispatch and resolving delivery issues.
✔ Maintain accurate inventory records and prevent stock discrepancies.
✔ Implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance customer experience.
✔ Handle customer inquiries related to shipping, returns, and refunds.
✔ Support ad-hoc operational tasks in a startup environment—flexibility is key

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- 1-2 years of experience in **e-commerce logistics, supply chain, or operations**.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) is a **plus**.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Problem-solver who thrives under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
