**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Expertise with ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Australian accounting standards and regulations.
- Experience in accounting system - NetSuite.
- At least 1 year experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a similar accounting role.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in Mandarin and English.
- Expertise in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Keep accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly documented.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and following up on payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage entries in the general ledger.
- Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Work along with other departments to collect and verify financial information.
- Assist administrative support in financial and accounting tasks as required.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
