Assist in general office administration and filing
- Prepare and organize documents (e.g., invoices, purchase orders, official letters, local orders, delivery orders, and many more)
- Update internal databases and support digital records
- Provide daily support to the admin and accounts department
- Prepare presentation reports and other relevant supporting materials
- Managing accounts, processing expense reports, and performing basic bookkeeping.
- Managing office supplies, coordinating with maintenance staff and vendors, and ensuring the office runs efficiently.

Perform ad-hoc administrative duties when required

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,719.83 per month
