1. Responsible for full set of accounts which include financial reports, processing payables, receivables, journal voucher, balance sheet listing, timely close of accounts before 10th every month.

2. Responsibility to prepare and completed to end month stock check report and submit before10th every month.

3. To cross check and update on all accounting entries

4. To review of the company monthly management account to compare the accounts with past monthly and yearly results (for comparison and trend monitoring)

5. To prepare and review Audit Analysis on Balance Sheet Items and Profit & Loss (e.g. breakdown of Prepayment; Accruals; details of purchases; sales breakdown andetc.).

6. Liaise with auditors to resolve audit queries point and update accounting standard.

7. Review on double deduction cost breakdown

8. Prepare tax incentive working paper to tax agent for tax computation.

9. Liaise with tax agent to provide information to tax agent on the preparation of tax computation for each year assessment. Update and check with tax agent to compare on the tax saving from each tax incentive scheme.

10. Monthly and quarterly submission of various surveys and statistical report to respective government department

11. Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records, detailing financial business transactions such as Disbursements, expenses vouchers, receipts, accounts payable. Update data into the computer system accordingly with accuracy

12. Provide a safe working environment, adhering to health, safety and environmental procedures, ensuring strict compliance.

13. Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the company’s procedures and requirements.

14. Prioritize workload to meet project, department and company deadlines.

15. Perform other related responsibilities or ad hoc duties as required by superior.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
