Job Responsibility
- To ensure the POs are issued promptly and accurately and provided to suppliers following lead items.
- To match the invoices and DO and submit to finance on time.
- To ensure all the PRs are executed promptly.
- Tracking-to track all PR, POs and rejection rates.
- To esnure all the deliveries are on time.

Job Qualification
- Preferably a Degree in Supply Chain Management/Finance/Business Administration or equivalent.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal relationship at all levels in the company.
- Work competency.
- Familiarity with Supply Chain function of minimum 3 years.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software for reporting.
- Strong presentation & negotiation skills.
- Sound knowledge of the inventory system plan or ERP.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
