**Full Job Description**:
- Assist in the preparation, review, and management of legal documents related to property transactions.
- Liaise with relevant authorities, banks, and other parties to facilitate the conveyancing process.
- Conduct title searches, monitor and manage key deadlines, and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide general administrative support to the conveyancing and litigation team as needed and attend to other tasks assigned by the firm.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in document preparation.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Freelance, Internship
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: RM1,165.72 - RM2,852.97 per month
