Qc Cleaner

The QC Cleaner is responsible for maintaining high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in designated work areas, equipment, and cleanrooms to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. This role plays a critical part in preventing contamination and supporting product integrity in regulated environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Travel to multiple designated sites to perform and inspect cleaning and sanitation work.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to company standards, client expectations, and health/safety protocols.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of cleaning staff at each location.
- Report cleanliness issues, equipment needs, or non-compliance to QC supervisors or site managers.
- Update duty rosters, cleaning schedules, and shift plans for cleaners at each site.
- Train and guide site-based cleaners on updated cleaning techniques or safety procedures as needed.
- Complete QC inspection checklists, daily activity logs, and incident reports.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure proper usage across locations.
- Ensure cleaning records and documentation are accurately maintained for audits or client reporting.
- Act as a liaison between the QC department and site in-charges to ensure smooth coordination and communication.

**Education**:

- **SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia)** or **Diploma** in any related field.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years experience in cleaning, quality control, or facility maintenance.
- Experience supervising or coordinating cleaning teams is an advantage.

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to travel frequently to different sites (valid driver’s license may be required).
- Good communication and reporting skills - verbal and written.
- Able to complete and submit QC inspection forms and duty updates digitally or in hard copy.
- Able to work independently and manage time across multiple locations.
- Physically fit - able to perform cleaning tasks and inspections when needed.

**Travel Requirements**:

- Regular travel between multiple sites.
- May require personal or company vehicle use (travel allowance or company transport may apply).

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
