**Position: Supply Chain & Warehouse Executive**

**Responsibilities**
- To assist in monitor, maintain, update record of inventories and asset into Autocount & Excel Software
- Responsible to analyse and reporting periodically inventory & asset levels and all company expenditures.
- Responsible to ensure the process of material picking, packing, labelling and loading/unloading is in the most efficient manner.
- Assist in organising transportation activities from point origin to delivery in a safe and quality manner
- To plan, assign, monitor & report daily task of workers & driver at warehouse.
- To manage warehouse budget, purchase materials/tools/utility required and summarise monthly expenditure.
- To plan, coordinate & manage product testing and liaison with authority for successful completion of certification.
- Assist in managing relationships with suppliers, including supplier selection, negotiation of terms, and monitoring supplier performance.
- Liaise with project and sales department to coordinate daily tasks and resources.
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Perform quality controls and monitor of in-house fabricate product or supplier delivered items.
- Liaise with Site Supervisor to oversee site progress and issues, report to management, and engage with client whenever necessary.
- Develop and maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures to comply with legal and company regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering (or equivalent) in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years and above of working experience in Supply chain & Logistic or Warehouse management
- Highly adaptable, patient, organized, disciplined and is able to follow-up on tasks, has good time management, and is able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Able to effectively communicate and problem-solving.
