**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist with invoice generation, billing, and payment processing
- Maintain organized financial files and documentation
- Perform data entry for financial records and reports
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required
- Support internal audits and assist in budget preparation
- Liaise with vendors, customers, and other departments regarding billing and payment queries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or equivalent; a certificate or degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of accounting principles

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
