Position: Product Consultant
Department: Clinical - Sales
Product Range: Lab Diagnostics
- Carry out all sales activities from lead generation through closed in an assigned territory to meet the target and achieve sales goal.
- Responsible for the sale of assigned products and area of coverage.
- Plan and carry out sales activities according to directives given by Managers to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and outcomes within the scheduled time frame.
- Sell conservatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various products our Company can offers to their business issues.
- Carry out market research, monitor competitors’ activities and customer surveys.
- Continuously improve through feedback and stay updated on industry and product knowledge.
- Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
- Maintains an accurate record of all sales and prospecting activities including sale calls, presentations, closed sales and follow up activities within assigned areas of coverage.
- Participates and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects and company employees.
- Responsible for maintaining good customer relations and building trust & support given to all customers.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder in Biological Sciences, Biomedical Science, Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related fields.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of relevant industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Analytical and innovative mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Strong planning and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with CRM practices and the ability to build productive professional relationships is an advantage.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
