**What You’ll Do**:
As our **School Counsellor**, you will play a vital role in ensuring our students thrive in all aspects of their development. You will offer support and guidance to help them navigate challenges and build confidence, resilience, and empathy. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Student Support**: Provide individual and group counselling sessions to help students overcome academic, social, and emotional challenges.
- **Development Programs**: Design and implement programs that promote mental well-being, self-awareness, and positive decision-making.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Mediate conflicts between students, helping them develop empathy and effective communication skills.
- **Career Guidance**: Support students in identifying and pursuing academic and career pathways aligned with their talents, passions, and Islamic values.
- **Parental Involvement**: Work closely with parents to offer insights and advice on supporting their children’s emotional and social development at home.
- **Staff Collaboration**: Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop strategies for supporting students who may need additional assistance.
- **Crisis Management**: Provide immediate support and guidance during crisis situations, ensuring student safety and well-being.
- **Holistic Development**: Promote tarbiyah (character development) and resilience rooted in Islamic teachings.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field.
- A valid counselling certification recognized by the Malaysian Board of Counsellors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
- Deep understanding of adolescent development and the unique challenges students may face.
- Familiarity with Islamic values and teachings, with a passion for nurturing young minds in an Islamic educational environment.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with teachers, parents, and administrators.
