As a **Freelance Recruiter**, you’ll partner with us to deliver top talent across industries, while enjoying the independence of setting your own hours and working from anywhere.

What You’ll Do
- Manage the **end-to-end recruitment cycle**: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Work closely with hiring managers/clients to understand their needs and craft smart search strategies.
- Proactively source talent through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and creative outreach.
- Represent the client’s brand with professionalism, passion, and impact.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven **experience in recruitment/HR/TA** (agency or in-house — freelance experience is a bonus).
- Strong **networking and sourcing skills** across LinkedIn, job boards, and social channels.
- Excellent **communication & negotiation** skills (you know how to close).
- Ability to work **independently** and deliver results on deadlines.
