**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain and organize marketing files, materials, and records (both digital and physical).
- **Marketing Operations**:
- Assist in the coordination of marketing campaigns, events, roadshows, and promotions.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners on marketing materials and logistics.
- Support social media activities by scheduling posts, gathering content, and tracking engagement (if applicable).
- **Pick up marketing materials or items from suppliers or designated locations when required for events or campaigns.**:
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Compile reports and summaries for marketing campaigns and departmental updates.
- **Communication & Coordination**:
- Coordinate internal communication between marketing and other departments.
- **Other Duties**:
- Provide general support to the marketing team as needed.
- Take on ad-hoc tasks and special projects assigned by the Marketing Manager.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of administrative experience; prior experience in a marketing environment is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Possess own transport and valid driving license (for pickup duties).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
