Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and fast-thinking Mid-Level Video Editor to join our high-performance creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting dynamic, engaging, and conversion-driven videos tailored to the fast-paced world of forex brokerage advertising. Your focus will be on delivering impactful, high-quality edits that are visually compelling, strategically sound, and optimized for digital and social media platforms. You’ll work closely with our marketing, copywriters, and creative strategists to ensure every second of video delivers value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit high-paced promotional and advertising videos for forex broker clients with precision and speed. Transform creative briefs into visually engaging stories, optimized for performance and clarity.
- Work closely with the creative team to align video output with marketing goals, brand guidelines, and client expectations.
- Implement feedback efficiently while maintaining creative integrity and quality.
- Select and cut music, sound effects, and transitions to enhance the storytelling and energy of each video.
- Optimize deliverables for different platforms (social media, web, campaigns, etc.).
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and quick turnaround times.
- Stay updated on editing trends, formats, and techniques relevant to finance and performance marketing.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in video editing, preferably in an agency, fintech, or fast-paced digital production environment.
- Proven experience editing direct-response or advertising videos, ideally in the finance, trading, or tech space.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects (Other Adobe software such as Photoshop or Illustrator is a strong plus).
- Strong grasp of pacing, rhythm, visual hierarchy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and video performance best practices (especially for social, YouTube, and paid ads).
- Portfolio demonstrating fast-paced, high-impact video edits.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of forex, trading, or financial markets is a big plus.
- Motion graphics experience or collaboration with other departments such as marketing.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
