Mammoet Malaysia is looking for a **Temporary Operations Admin** to support our team for **6 months**, starting **immediately**. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Responsibilities**

**1. Operational Support & Coordination**:

- Oversee daily operations and ensure all tasks are executed efficiently.
- Work closely with different departments to streamline processes

**Data Management & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Prepare reports and summaries for management review.

**Communication & Coordination**:

- Serve as a point of contact between management and employees.
- Handle correspondence and ensure smooth internal communication.

**Requirements**:

- English **Fluency**:

- Diploma minimum (with 1 years working experience)
- Desire to learn
- Attention to detail
- Independent with minimum supervision

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pasir Gudang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Admin: 1 year (preferred)
