**Key Responsibilities**
- Inspect incoming raw materials and packaging materials upon delivery for quality, damage, labelling / product coding and compliance with specifications.
- Verify and document the correct usage of raw materials and packaging during production (batch-wise verification).
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of the production plant and work areas
- Summarize QC findings and report trends or repeated issues to QA Executive/Manager.
- Assist in verifying corrective actions taken for previous non-conformances.
- Conduct weekly audits of plant hygiene, operator hygiene, and proper handling of materials.
- Support the QA team in conducting mock recalls or traceability drills if required.
- Assist in calibration checks of QC tools (pH meter, weighing scale, thermometer, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness and calibration status of all QC tools and equipment.
- Assist in GMP training and hygiene briefings for new operators when needed.
- Cooperate during customer or certification audits by presenting QC records.
- Support QA Executive in other assigned quality improvement activities.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Diploma or Certificate in Food Technology, Science, or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years in quality control or food production environment preferred.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Good attention to detail and discipline in record-keeping,
- Able to work independently and follow SOPs.
- Familiarity with basic lab analysis (moisture, pH).
- Strong understanding of hygiene and GMP practices.
- Able to communicate clearly with operators and team leaders.

**Working Conditions**
- Based primarily on the production floor and QC inspection area.
- May require standing for long periods and handling samples.
- Required to work weekends or extended hours depending on production needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
