**Content Moderation Specialist Mandarin - Fresh Grad or Experienced.**

**Location: Georgetown**

**Shift: 5 working days (Rotational Shift)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Review seller, business and product information, short videos, and livestreams to ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.
- Conduct basic data analysis and deliver defined process report.
- Identify opportunities to drive improvements on risk mitigation, process streamlining, quality enhancement, and policy localization as well as optimization at scale.
- Collaborate with other functions of the E-commerce business unit to complete the designated work to meet the team's goal

**Qualifications**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.**:

- Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated multi-task capabilities and ambiguity.
- Flexible for shifting schedule and changes along with it.
- Compliance or moderation operations experience is preferred - Strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to work in a fast and evolving environment with detail-oriented focus.
- **Able to work in Rotational Shift and Rotational Off days.**:

- **ABLE TO SPEAK, READ AND WRITE MANDARIN.**

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,600.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kelana Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
