A Plus English and LES English are looking for experienced, driven, and passionate English teachers to take on leadership roles in shaping the future of English education. While the role includes some teaching, the main responsibilities revolve around:

- Leading and mentoring other teachers
- Driving curriculum improvement
- Elevating the overall learning experience across all classes

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and support our English teachers through regular training sessions, class observations, and ongoing communication to maintain high teaching standards.
- Collaborate with learning partners and the centre managers to address any parent complaints and ensure all English classes deliver a fun and effective learning experience.
- Conduct placement tests when required.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and the development of teaching materials.
- Establish and refine SOPs to ensure consistent teaching quality across all English education brands.
- Foster a positive, motivated, and collaborative culture within the teaching team.
- Uphold and represent the mission and values of the company in all professional activities.

- **Leadership**Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing teaching team. Able to delegate effectively, run focused meetings, and align team efforts with company goals.
- **Problem-Solving**Able to think critically, identify problems accurately, and resolve them through SOP improvements that enhance teaching quality.
- **Excellent English Proficiency**Strong command of spoken and written English to conduct placement tests, communicate effectively, and make informed judgments on materials and teaching quality.
- **Teaching Excellence**Possesses outstanding teaching skills. Able to engage students, explain concepts clearly, and guide teachers toward achieving academic excellence.
- **Data-Driven Mindset**Regularly tracks key indicators such as homework submission rates and student dropout rates to guide informed decision-making.
- **Instructional Quality Control**Able to evaluate teaching performance weekly, uphold high classroom standards, and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- **Cultural Alignment**Fully embraces and upholds the company’s mission, values, and educational philosophy in all actions and decisions.
- **Team Meeting Facilitation**Leads weekly teacher and trainer meetings to ensure alignment, resolve issues, and promote continuous improvement and a positive working culture.
