**Job Responsibilities**:

- Support the Head of Department on undertaking all legal related matters of Razer Fintech entities.
- Ensure implementation, update, and execution of legal related policies in relation to legal work and contract templates for the use of internal stakeholders and business team in the respective countries.
- Responsible in the drafting, reviewing, amending, and varying contracts in relation to commercial contracts including merchants, payment channels and vendors’ contracts, non
- disclosures, and specific terms and conditions of contracting parties.
- Support the Head of Department in the drafting, reviewing, amending, and varying of contracts for joint ventures, strategic alliances, merges, and acquisitions including the due diligence of legal related documents for any of the Razer Fintech entities.
- Advise the business units on laws, regulations, processes on respective issues and/or possible legal exposures and any other potential risk when entering transactions or contracts or business relationships.
- Prepare proposals and recommendations for engagement and liaise with external solicitors in any of the countries that Razer Fintech for the Head of Department.
- Working closely with Group Legal and Compliance team on any related collaboration matters between Razer Fintech, Razer Inc. and/or Razer Gold businesses.
- Strategic partnering with business units within Razer Fintech entities to support and plan for any legal work requirements as part of the Razer Fintech expansion plans.
- Support and provide assistance to the legal counsel in the team in their daily legal work.
- Support the Head of Department in any projects or works or tasks in relation to the Department and/or as directed by the Chief Executive Officer or as rolled out by the Group Legal & Compliance.

**Pre-Requisites**:

- Minimum: Degree in Law from an established university.
- 8 years or more of legal experience both in house and practicing in any of the applicable countries
- Experiences in a financial services, payments, e-money or remittance industries are an advantage.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, maintain flexibility in fast-paced environment and meet or exceed deadlines in delivering the work.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English.
- A self-motivated, independent and committed in their role.
- Work and communicate well with others
