Drafts reports and correspondence.**:
- Handling inventory management:
- Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
- Examine the levels of supplies and consumable to determine shortages.
- Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
- Prepares purchase orders, purchase requisitions and ensures proper procedures for paying
- Perform weekly analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
- Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
- Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals.
- Purchase sundries or any urgent stock
- Recruit and train new employees in each department
- Attends internal and external meetings and takes meeting notes **Organize and schedule appointments and meetings**:
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Provide general support to visitors, suppliers**:
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques**:
- Assists managers and supervisors in developing policies and procedures. **Provides front desk coverage as needed for backup.**:
- Audits/processes staff claims, overtime and attendance**:
- Manage and process clinic panel claim procedures, including staff submission, verification, coordination with panel clinics, and settlement of bills.**:
- Maintains accounts payable and accounts receivable records.**:
- Solves problems associated with vendors regarding shipments, billing, and statements.**:
- Handles event planning for meetings, professional development, and other department initiatives.**:
- Performs other related duties as assigned.**:
- Manage all the SSM/MPM license/ CAPS requirements accordingly
Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
