About the role:
As a Marketing Executive at Pets House, you will lead the development and execution of compelling marketing campaigns that promote pet products and puppies. You’ll create innovative digital strategies, manage e-commerce initiatives, and organize impactful events. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing. Focusing on budget management and resource optimization, you’ll bring creative ideas to life in a dynamic, fun environment that offers ample room for growth and creativity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Strategy: Lead the digital marketing and e-commerce teams to develop and execute data-driven strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, and e-commerce channels. Design campaigns to boost brand presence, engagement, and conversions, while optimizing performance using analytics.
- E-Commerce Growth: Oversee e-commerce platform setup and optimization, focusing on enhancing the shopping experience, driving sales, and implementing SEO/SEM strategies.
- Proposal Writing & Campaign Planning: Develop compelling proposals for digital campaigns and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
- Event Marketing and Organize: Plan, organize, and manage events to strengthen brand awareness and community engagement, creating promotional campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Budgeting and Resource Optimization: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining campaign quality.
- Collaborative Partnerships & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to align marketing strategies with business objectives and enhance campaign reach.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce, with a proven track record of driving online campaigns and sales growth.
- A genuine passion for pets.
