Project Manager

_**Key Responsibilities**:_

**1. Project Planning and Execution**
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, timeline, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Oversee the execution of AI and data science projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Track progress, manage resources, and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

**2. Requirements Gathering & Product Definition**
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify user needs, pain points, and success criteria, particularly for university students as the target audience.
- Translate business and client requirements into clear, actionable product specifications for AI features.
- Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with business strategy.

**3. Stakeholder Management**
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Gather and document requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate regular status updates.

**4. Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between Sales & Operation Department.
- Ensure alignment between technical outputs and business needs.

**5. Technical Oversight and Quality Assurance**
- Monitor the development and deployment of AI models and data-driven solutions.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of projects by coordinating with the team to validate proposed approaches.
- Establish best practices for testing, validation, and implementation of AI/ML models.
- Work closely with external AI programmers to design and optimize LLM and RAG-based solutions for our SaaS software.
- Oversee testing processes, quality assurance, and performance metrics for AI features.
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to industry best practices and compliance requirements.

**6. Risk Management & Problem Solving**
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Address and resolve project issues promptly, minimizing impacts on timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain a contingency plan for critical project phases.
- Continuously review and refine **workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.**

**7. Product Enhancement & Innovation**
- Continuously evaluate product performance against client needs and market trends.
- Propose new features or improvements to enhance product value, drawing on your understanding of LLMs, RAG pipelines, and SaaS business models.
- Collaborate with user experience (UX) and design teams to ensure high-quality product interfaces for university students.

**8. Stakeholder Communication**
- Serve as the primary liaison between external developers, internal teams, and senior management.
- Present project updates, feature roadmaps, and technical findings in clear, non-technical language.
- Collect and integrate feedback from diverse stakeholders throughout the development cycle.

**9. Compliance and Ethical Standards**
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance regulations.
- Promote ethical AI practices, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI models and processes.

**10. Innovation and Continuous Learning**
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and data science.
- Encourage innovative approaches to solve complex business problems.
- Advocate for the adoption of new tools and technologies to enhance team productivity.

**11. Industry & Market Research**
- Stay updated on emerging AI trends, competitor SaaS products, and industry developments.
- Provide recommendations on new AI tools or methodologies that could enhance our SaaS platform for university students
- **Required Knowledge and Skills**:_
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in **Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field**.
- Experience in **project management, product management, or a similar role**—preferably in AI or SaaS software development.
- Familiarity with **large language models (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.)** and AI/ML concepts.
- Comfortable discussing **feasibility, complexity, and scope with AI/ML developers**.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex problems.
- Strong passion in different areas of AI and ML
- Understanding of machine learning (ML) concepts, algorithms, and frameworks (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning).
- Proven track record of **delivering projects on time and within budget**.
- Proficiency in **project management tools** (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
- Experience defining and executing **product roadmaps**, from ideation to launch.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and data analysis techniques.
- Openness to feedback and collaborative problem-solving.
