**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and participate in daily warehouse operations**:receiving, picking, packing, labeling, and shipping** of goods.
- **Receive and process online orders** from multiple channels (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Website).
- Ensure **accuracy of order details, quantities, and timely fulfillment** for customer satisfaction.
- **Plan, organize, and coordinate warehouse operations** to ensure efficient storage, movement, and retrieval of products.
- **Supervise and support the team** in picking, packing, and shipping orders according to schedule.
- **Monitor and manage inventory levels**, ensuring optimal stock availability and accuracy.
- Conduct **stock receiving activities**, including verification of goods and updating inventory systems.
- Coordinate and manage **stock requisitions** to support operational and sales needs.
- Maintain proper warehouse layout and organization for space optimization.
- Perform **regular stock checks** and report any discrepancies or damaged items.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
- Work closely with the **procurement and sales teams** to align stock levels with business demand.
- Continuously identify and implement **process improvements** for greater efficiency and accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **SPM or Diploma** in any field.
- **1-2 years of experience** in warehouse or inventory management (leadership experience preferred).
- Hands-on, proactive, and willing to assist in all warehouse activities.
- Physically fit and able to handle moderate lifting.
- Basic computer literacy (Excel, order systems, or inventory software).
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work overtime or weekends during peak periods.
- Experience in **e-commerce fulfillment (TikTok, Shopee, or online stores)** is an added advantage.

**WORKING HOURS**:
**Monday to Friday: 8.30AM - 5.30PM**
**Saturday: 9.00AM - 1.00PM**
