**Job Description** 1. Supporting Smart Factory Initiatives**

**IoT Device Evaluation, Onboarding and Monitoring**
- ** Tasks**:

- Review the business needs and explore new IoT tools and devices that suits the business needs.
- Propose IoT devices that suits business needs and perform evaluation
- Configure and onboard selected IoT devices (e.g., mobile devices, AGVs, etc) to the network.
- Monitor device performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Document onboarding processes for repeatability.
- ** Business Impact**:

- Reduces downtime by ensuring quick deployment of IoT devices.
- Improves operational efficiency and ensures reliable data flow for decision-making.
- ** Skills Learned**:

- IoT devices, protocols and platforms.
- Troubleshooting networked devices.

**IoT Asset Management**
- ** Tasks**:

- Collaborates with Information Security in performing IoT device assessment.
- Assist InfoSec in identifying potential vulnerabilities.
- Document best practices for securing IT-OT integration points.
