PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Maintain and organize Library and Resource Centre (LRC) materials according to appropriate labels and categories for ease of reference and retrieval.
- Post notices of new items, programs, and maintains displays and signage throughout the LRC. Market new items/events at LRC.
- Connects audio/video equipment and maintains reference materials.
- Collate feedback from various modes (comment cards, verbal, etc.) and support the department to address any issues arising from the administration of the LRC to continuously improve the process.
- Performs general minor maintenance tasks such as screw tightening, shelf readjustment, and other duties as required.
- Performs item check-out and check-in, stock returns, tracks overdue items, issues overdue notices, and barcodes items for government software system to ensure ALAM belongings are structured accordingly and for ease of tracing.
- Ensure accountability of all linen assets, including assisting in collection and delivery at designated points.
- Check books and other materials in and out of the library, work with audio-visual equipment from time to time, and assist in buying and cataloguing library resources.
- Repair damaged books, sending out overdue notices, help the students/visitors find what they need, and setting up book displays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
