The Supervisor - Audit T&E (Travel & Expenses) is responsible for overseeing the auditing of employee-submitted expense reports to ensure compliance with corporate policies, legal regulation and internal controls. This position manages a team of auditors, implements quality assurance procedures, supports continuous improvement and liaises with business stakeholders to resolve complex compliance issues.

This is a people leader role and reports to the Senior Manager - Global P2P Operations which is part of Cytiva Finance team located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor and will be an on-site role.

This position is being offered through Pall, a Danaher group company providing services in Malaysia to beneficiary Cytiva.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Supervise and support the day-to-day activities of the T&E audit team, ensuring timely review of selected expense reports via Daily Management Board, ensure team´s adherence to corporate T&E and Company Cards policies and audit protocols
- Develop and deliver training for new auditors and ongoing policy updates for existing staff
- Review and analyze audit findings, escalating high risk or non - compliant items to relevant departments
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries
- Generate and analyze key performance indicators, audit quality scores and monthly and quarterly compliance dashboards
- Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and drive improvement initiatives using automation, policy refinement or system enhancement

**The essential requirements of the job**include**:

- At least Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or Professional Qualification of a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in expense auditing/compliance including 3+ years in a supervisory or team lead role
- Strong knowledge of SAP Concur
- Excellent understanding of compliance framework and internal controls
- Fluent in English - both written and verbal and proficiency in Mandarin will be advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and sound judgment, self-starter, quick learner and team player with ability to drive initiatives and change
- Ability to use initiative to spot opportunities and solve issues

**It would be a plus if you also**possess**:

- Certification in auditing or compliance (eg. CFE, CIA, CPA)
- Experience in software implementation
