**Job responsibilities**:

- Hands on experience and well verse in repair and maintenance of Building
- Carry out daily plant inspection for plant rooms.
- Inform supervisor/manager for any abnormalities discovered during plan inspection
- To update plant log books on daily basis
- Carry out Plan preventive maintenance services for all equipment including electrical and mechanical
- Carry out breakdown maintenance for all equipment including electrical and mechanical. This including trouble shooting works.
- Assist to monitor vendors for outsource services. This including job supervision.
- Regular checking on the spare part stocks and inform supervisor on required spare parts on monthly basis.
- To support the other team members for major emergency breakdown/repair on weekends/after office hours as and when required
- Perform other maintenance duties as requested.
- Able to work on flexible schedules, including Saturdays, Sundays, Public holidays and rotating shift assignments.
- To advice for equipment replacement & beyond economical repair
- Assist with monitoring and supervision of renovation and upgrading works in the hospital.
