**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing timely information on logistics services and processes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and ensuring service satisfaction.
- Assist in identifying client requirements and aligning the company's services to meet their expectations effectively.
- Oversee the order processing cycle, from client request to order completion, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to schedule and track shipments, updating clients on the status and estimated arrival times.
- Proactively communicate with clients about any changes, delays, or issues affecting their deliveries.
- Address and resolve client concerns, complaints, and service issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve any logístical challenges that impact service delivery to clients.
- Identify recurring issues and work with the logistics team to implement improvements and prevent future occurrences.
- Ensure accurate completion and filing of all necessary client and logistics documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and delivery receipts.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations related to logistics and customer service in the oil and gas sector.
- Assist in preparing reports on client service interactions, issues resolved, and service performance metrics.
- Gather client feedback and communicate it to the logistics management team, offering suggestions for service enhancements.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss strategies for improving customer service and streamlining logistics operations.
- Assist in the development of service guidelines and processes to improve the customer experience and logistics efficiency.
- Work closely with the logistics, operations, and sales teams to ensure that client requests and requirements are understood and met.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and procurement teams to ensure inventory availability and timely order fulfillment.
- Assist the logistics team in any other tasks necessary to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the functions of other COMPANY departments.
- Be knowledgeable of COMPANY safety policies and procedures that pertain to this area of responsibility.
- Participate in external and/or internal meetings as necessary.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the position Manager.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Qualification: Diploma or degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in logistics or the oil and gas industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with customer service or logistics management software.
- Familiarity with logistics processes, documentation requirements, and industry regulations, particularly in the oil and gas sector.
- Proven experience in marketing, customer service, operations, and logistics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using customer service software, Microsoft Office, and inventory management tools.
- Knowledge of laws, regulations requirements
- Must be fully committed to safety.
- Must be able to perform all duties, tasks, and key responsibilities safely.
- Must be able to comply with COMPANY procedures.
- Must have good management qualities and ability to cooperate with the team.
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English.

Pay: RM4,700.00 per month
