**Job responsibilities**:

- Engage in requirement discussions with clients and provide business solutions
- Complete the functional specification document and/or the integration specification document, and conduct internal review, external review, and obtain confirmation.
- Complete the user manual, conduct review, confirmation and user training
- Complete configuration for products
- Track and solve issues/feedback reported by clients;
- Support the development and testing work of the AD/QA team, pre-verify the delivery representing clients;
- Support other business event, including pre-sales, market research, etc;**Job requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and other related courses. Only for final year internship.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English;
- Excellent logical reasoning ability and fast learning ability;
- Ambition to pursue the excellence and open to innovations with good leadership and influence skills;
- Strong ability to handle pressure.

Additional information:

- Office location is reachable by public transport.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
