**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in Design and Planning: Collaborate with lead architects/ manager to create preliminary designs, sketches, and plans that meet client specifications and project requirements.
- Prepare Detailed Drawings: Develop detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
- Conduct Site Assessments: Participate in site visits to assess conditions and gather data for planning and design adjustments.
- Coordinate with Project Teams: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met within deadlines and budgets.
- Research and Stay Updated: Research building codes, materials, and trends to ensure compliance and innovation in designs.
- Prepare Presentations: Help prepare design presentations for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with the project vision.
- Assist in Project Documentation: Support in preparing necessary documentation, such as permits, contracts, and technical reports.
- Quality Assurance: Review design work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project standards.

**Job Requirements**:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Diploma in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in architectural design or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of Building Codes: Familiarity with local building regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate ideas and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for design details, accuracy, and quality in all phases of work.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and propose solutions that align with project goals.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively and meet deadlines.
- Posses own transport.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
