Position: Phone Verifier

**Job responsibilities**:

- Assess the relevant risks and comply with the company's credit policy.
- To ensure credit processing is efficient.
- Handle outbound calls.

**Requirements**:

- Must have SPM certificate.
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
- Able to converse and communicate well using Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.

**Package**:

- Basic salary: Experienced - Up to RM3000; Fresh Graduate - Starts at RM2250
- Working location - Vertical Business Suites, Bangsar South.
- Working days : rotational 5 days/week
- Night shift - permissible to WFH
- Food and travel allowance provided if staff is required to OT if given a short notice (same day notice)
- Annual bonus
- Insurance policies provided for staff working more than 1 year.

Weekday:

- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Weekend:

- 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,250.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
