1. **Transportation Coordination**
- **Booking & Reservations**: Assist in booking and confirming transportation services, including flights, buses, trains, and private transfers.
- **Vendor Liaison**: Communicate with transport providers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- **Itinerary Management**: Update and maintain transportation details in client itineraries.
- Arrange transportation to/from airports, hotels, and event sites.
- **Schedule sightseeing trips**, adventure tours, and other activities for groups.
- Brief customers on airport transportation duties.
- **Communicate** with clients and provide them with travel and activity information.

2. **Operational Support**
- **Logistical Planning**: Assist in planning and coordinating transportation logistics for group tours and individual clients.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain records of transportation assets and supplies.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular reports on transportation activities and performance.
- **Review travel documents** to ensure all details are correct before finalizing arrangements.
- Accomplish any of your supervisor/management work order that comply with the
- company's rules and regulations at all given times and should always act in a manner that protects the company's interest.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
