**A) Material Planner**

**Responsibilities**:

- Determine equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
- Manages schedules of deliveries and shipments of materials to optimize operations
- Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels
- Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels
- Analyses daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages
- Develops business relationships with suppliers and clients
- Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics
- Monitors demand and analyses data to anticipate future supply and logístical needs
- Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
- Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management

**Requirements**:

- Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain/ Logistics Management or equivalent from reputable universities
- 2 - 3 years of experience as Inventory Exec / Manager or similar position
- Understands the physical materials flow and its recordings in supply chain
- Highly analytical, meticulous, excellent organizational and planning skill
- Applicant must be willing to work in Kapar, Klang
**B) Operation/Production Planner**

**Job Descriptions**:

- Determine manpower and equipment needed to cover production demand
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Plan production capacity and monitor the production utilization and output according to target
- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
- Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
- Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports
- Keep paperwork organized
- Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff
**Job Requirements**:

- Degree / Diploma or equivalent related to Supply Chain and manufacturing environment. Glove Manufacturing preferred
- 2 - 3 years of experience as Operation/Production Planner
- Good knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
- Attention to detail, meticulous, and good problem solving and communication skill
- Applicant must be willing to work in Kapar, Selangor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
