As a Project Manager, you will oversee and manage IT-related projects, ensuring their flawless execution, on-time delivery, and alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders, lead teams, and handle resources efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

**Responsibilities**: -Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution. -Ensure all projects are delivered as per scope, schedule, and budget. -Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility. -Allocate resources effectively and optimize project workflows. -Create detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. -Utilize verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. -Measure project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies. -Report project updates and escalate issues to management as required. -Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, users, and third-party vendors. -Act as a liaison between project teams, sponsors, and clients. -Conduct risk management to minimize potential project risks. -Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. -Participate in contract negotiations and ensure compliance with contract terms. -Manage multiple small to medium-sized projects, ensuring deliverables meet time, budget, and quality targets.

**Requirements**: -Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role, preferably within the Information & Communication Technology (ICT) or Insurance industry. -Proven experience managing IT projects, including all necessary project management artifacts. -Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project for tracking timelines and dependencies. -Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM) is highly preferred. -Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
