**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:

- Lead, plan, execute, and monitor the progress of projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to the budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage project risks effectively.
- **Corporate Communication**:

- Act as the main point of contact for communication related to the projects.
- Develop and maintain communication strategies that promote the project’s goals and achievements.
- Ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the company's branding guidelines.
- Prepare and present reports and updates to the Director and stakeholders.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to promote project activities and engage with the target audience.
- Monitor social media channels for feedback, mentions, and discussions about the projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that highlights project milestones and success stories.
- Track social media analytics and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns related to the project.
- Ensure that the project’s marketing efforts are aligned with the overall corporate marketing strategies.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, workshops, and other project-related marketing activities.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
- Organize meetings, briefings, and presentations for stakeholders to keep them informed of project developments.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
- Present project updates to senior management and stakeholders regularly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communication, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in marketing or communication projects.
- Strong corporate communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and strategies effectively.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a corporate environment or with corporate clients is preferred.
- Familiarity with content creation and social media analytics tools.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
