This is not your typical coordinator role. You’ll lead the charge in making sure our signature AI Bootcamp and related learning programs are world-class, scalable, and unforgettable. You’ll be the anchor person connecting the dots between curriculum, logistics, people, tools, platforms, and outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Programme Design & Development
- Co-develop teaching materials, including slides, toolkits, guides, and interactive learning experiences.
- Translate big-picture educational goals into executable lesson plans and session flows.

2. Training Operations & Delivery
- Coordinate all logístical aspects of AI Bootcamp delivery (venue, devices, kits, food, facilitators, etc.).
- Lead participant onboarding and post-program engagement (microsites, reflection cards, publishing showcases).
- Act as the point person for trainers, ensuring they have everything needed for impactful delivery.

3. Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Liaise with internal team (designers, content developers, facilitators) to keep timelines aligned.
- Engage with universities, schools, corporates, and public-sector partners to adapt content for their context.
- Manage communication across different collaborators with clarity and empathy.

4. Tech & Platform Support
- Oversee development or integration of web tools (Notion, Keynote, Canva, custom microsites, etc.) used in programme delivery.
- Coordinate with developers or no-code teams to maintain/update digital tools or dashboards used during the bootcamps.

5. Evaluation & Impact
- Design and implement feedback loops, post-program surveys, and outcome tracking.
- Continuously refine program structure based on participant needs, emerging tech trends, and instructional effectiveness.

6. Innovation & Growth
- Keep tabs on global trends in GenAI education and identify opportunities for local adaptation.
- Support marketing by crafting programme decks, proposal documents, and pitch materials.

You’ll Excel in This Role If You
- Have 3-5+ years experience in programme management, edtech, training coordination, or learning experience design.
- Understand AI deeply enough to translate complex tools into simple learning outcomes. (Technical experience is a plus but not mandatory.)
- Are comfortable managing multiple moving parts, from people to pixels to platforms.
- Have excellent project management and communication skills, with tools like Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar.
- Thrive in fast-moving, experimental environments — and love making order out of chaos.
- Have an eye for design, quality, and learner engagement — not just task completion.
- Are fluent in both execution and empathy.

**Preferred Background**
- Degree in Education, AI, Computer Science, Digital Media, Instructional Design, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong digital tool literacy: Canva, ChatGPT, Notion, Google Workspace, Keynote, Zoom, etc.
- Experience in event coordination or workshop management is highly desirable.
