Our clients are an Information Technology Company looking for a Legal Advisor to join their ranks.

**Your new role**
- Provide legal support the Company's business and operations.
- Prepare and advise on an array commercial and corporate contracts such as IT, Tenders and Procurement.
- Communicate efficiently with stakeholders both locally and internationally on legal and compliance matters.
- Ensure compliance of internal policies, regulations and corporate governance are adhered to.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelors of Law
- Minimum 6 years PQE in a similar industry.
- Prior experience in IT and procurement contract matters are a bonus.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Ability to read and write in Mandarin is a MUST.
