- **Hiring and training staff**: The manager is responsible for hiring new staff and ensuring they are properly trained on all aspects of their job, including customer service, food preparation, and handling cash.
- **Developing and implementing policies and procedures**: The manager is responsible for creating and enforcing policies and procedures to ensure that the cafe operates efficiently and effectively.
- **Managing finances**: This includes monitoring sales and expenses, creating budgets, and ensuring that the cafe is profitable.
- **Marketing and promoting the cafe**: The manager may be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales.
- **Ensuring customer satisfaction**: The manager is responsible for ensuring that customers are happy with the quality of food, service, and overall experience at the cafe.
- **Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations**: The manager is responsible for ensuring that the cafe is compliant with all health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
- **Maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors**: The manager is responsible for maintaining good relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that the cafe has a steady supply of high-quality ingredients and other necessary supplies.
- **Well connected and understand the current music scene**

Pay: From RM3,200.00 per month
