**Main duties**:
1.Resident Doctor and Employee Roster Management:

- To manage the roster arrangement of resident doctor and update employee roster with scheduling requirements.
- Coordinate with person in charge to address any scheduling conflicts or changes as needed.

2.Part-Time Doctor and Nursing Staff Arrangement:

- Handle arrangements for part-time doctors and nursing staff, including scheduling clinic shifts and ensuring adequate coverage.
- Coordinate with recruitment or staffing agencies as necessary to fill any staffing gaps.

3.Payroll Assistance:

- Assist in the preparation of payroll for part-time staff by providing relevant data and accurately calculating payments.
- Key in personal details of part-time staff into the Emplx system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

4.Administration of HR System : Ingress System:

- Maintain and update attendance records in the Ingress system
- Prepare and calculate attendance allowance eligibility for employees based on recorded attendance data.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to the Ingress system and provide support to users as needed. Conec System:

- Maintain and update access records in the Conec system, specifically for employees eligible for medical benefits.
- Ensure that employee records in the Conec system are accurate and up-to-date, reflecting current employment statuses and benefit eligibility.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to address any discrepancies or issues with Conec system data.

5.Benefits Administration:

- Assist in the administration of other employee benefits programs, including medical.
- Communicate benefit options to employees and provide support with enrollment and inquiries.
- Coordinate with benefit providers to ensure timely and accurate processing of benefit-related transactions.

6.Additional Tasks:

- Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors or designated personnel to support HR operations.

**Requirements**:
2.At least three (2) years of related working experience in HR general

3.Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, Power point and Microsoft Team

4.Required skill(s): strong knowledge in learning and development strategies and training activities, independent, resourceful, analytical and meticulous, able to interact well with all levels of personnel.

5.Able to communicate fluent in English and Malay

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
