**Qualifications & Experience**
- Basic knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and sound recording.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and storytelling.
- Willingness to travel for events (outstation trips as required).
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos to capture company events, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm fresh content ideas.
- Manage post-production tasks, including video editing, color correction, sound design, and visual effects.
- Handle the end-to-end content posting process, ensuring timely uploads to social media platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video content, editing tools, and social media best practices.
