**Responsibilities**:

- Learn, Understand and Practice Core Concepts: Familiarize yourself with the analytics tools, platforms, and programming languages relevant to the organization. Invest time in hands-on learning and training sessions, including tutorials, and eLearning, to gain knowledge about the Group’s data analysis practices.
- Assist in Dashboard Development and Data Analytics Tasks: Collaborate with senior developers to understand business requirements and develop Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards. Support in setting up workspaces, configuring user access, and maintaining dashboards built. This may include the use of different software tools and platforms for data querying and exploratory data analysis.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document processes, configurations, logics and formulae for future references and for other team members. Provide regular updates on progress, challenges faced, and solutions applied to mentors or team leads.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with different departments and teams to understand their data analytics needs. Actively seek feedback and clarifications, ensuring effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Experiment with emerging technologies, tool, and methodologies in the field of data and analytics. Share insights and findings with the team, suggesting potential areas for implementation or improvements.
- Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/management.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess at least a Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business and Commerce, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or other related disciplines.
- Availability of 6 months and above as the minimum requirement for the duration of our Apprenticeship Program is 6 months.
- Basic understanding of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Familiar with at least one programming languages such as Python and R.
- Familiar with database query language such as MSSQL and PostgreSQL.
- Open to learning new tools, languages, or methodologies is essential.
- Able to think critically and troubleshoot issues that involves logical thinking and an analytical mindset to approach problems methodically.
- Good business acumen and ability to work with complex business processes.
- Strong communication skills and good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Independent, self-motivated, organized, results oriented, attention to details, good problem-solving skills, and ability to undertake multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Above all, the ability to demonstrate LEAD BY EXAMPLE, foster a GROWTH mindset and uphold a TEAMWORK spirit to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 per month
