Plan and schedule transportation routes for prime movers to ensure timely delivery of containers, cost efficiency, fuel savings and on-time deliveries.
- Monitor the progress of shipments and deliveries.
- Use software systems or tracking tools to track deliveries in real-time.
- Communicate with drivers to provide instructions, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Schedule prime movers maintenance and repairs to prevent breakdowns and delays.
- Maintain records of vehicle inspections and servicing.
- Address any logístical problems or delays that arise during transportation.
- Ensure drivers comply with safety regulations, company policies, and road laws.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries related to delivery times, damages, or discrepancies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Skills**
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of transportation regulations and industry standards.
- Familiarity with GPS systems or fleet tracking software.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
