Warehouse Outbound Supervisor - Job Description

**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse Outbound Supervisor manages the outbound activities of the warehouse, ensuring the accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders. This role is responsible for supervising outbound team members, optimizing workflow, and maintaining shipping accuracy and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the outbound team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations.
- Ensure outbound operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of outbound team members.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service departments to resolve order-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of outbound shipments and ensure proper documentation.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for outbound operations.
- Address any issues related to outbound logistics and provide solutions for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

**Working Conditions**:

- Physically demanding; requires standing, walking, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
- Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
- May require working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,650.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
